Terms of Service

By inviting envy (“the bot”, “we”, “our”) to a Discord server, or by using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not add or use the bot.

envy is a multipurpose Discord bot that provides moderation, leveling, antinuke, voicemaster, and utility commands, along with customization options such as custom prefixes, aliases, and disabled commands for use within Discord servers.

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times. envy is an independent bot and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Discord Inc.

You agree not to use envy to:

• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or any applicable laws
• Abuse, exploit, or attempt to circumvent rate limits, permission checks, or safeguards built into the bot
• Interfere with or disrupt the bot's operation for other servers or users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, spam, or overload the bot's infrastructure

We reserve the right to block any server, user, or guild from using envy at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse or policy violations.

envy stores limited configuration data (such as server IDs, user IDs, custom prefixes, and leveling stats) necessary to provide its features. Please read our Privacy Policy for complete details on what data is collected and how it is processed.

envy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may be modified, added, or removed at any time without prior notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, envy and its developers shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bot — including loss of data, moderation actions taken by the bot, or server disruption.

You may remove envy from your server at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the bot for any server or user that violates these terms, without prior notice.

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of envy after updates are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Significant changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
